Dr. Holtzman-Conston received his Doctorate and Master of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania School of Social Policy and Practice. He has worked with youth, adults, and families in a variety of settings, including private practice, high school, and addiction treatment. In addition, Dr. Holtzman-Conston currently teaches at University of Pennsylvania as a part-time instructor on subjects such as human behavior theory, brief treatment and crisis intervention. His clinical areas of focus include the treatment of trauma, relationship issues, addiction, depression and anxiety. He utilizes a client-centered approach that honors the whole person, including the importance of relationships, the impact of experiences within one’s family, work and community, as well as the diverse pathways through which positive change can occur.
