Stephanie holds a BS in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Connecticut and Master of Social Work from Temple University. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has been working in community mental health since 2002 serving adults, youth and families of diverse backgrounds and settings. She has held various roles such as outpatient psychotherapist, intake coordinator, team leader, graduate student supervisor, family preservation worker, behavioral health and intellectual disAbility specialist, youth programs facilitator, and family service director. She has specialized training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Prolonged Exposure, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. Primary areas of clinical interest are working with individuals who are living with personality disorders, trauma survivors, those experiencing chronic suicidality and individuals engaging in self-harming behavior. Additionally, she is experienced with working with individuals who are living with mood disorders, psychotic disorders, substance abuse disorders and intellectual disAbilities.
