Kyle Faye, DNP CRNP/FNP-C
Kyle Faye earned his BSN from Wilkes University in 2010. During his senior year at Wilkes University he had a clinical rotation in home health and volunteered at a community health clinic. It was this experience that inspired him to become a provider and started his passion for primary care. Kyle went on to earn his Family Nurse Practitioner degree and a Doctorate of Nursing Practice degree from The University at Buffalo, where he gained a broad experience in family medicine working in community health clinics and ending with a two-year rotation at the Tuscarora Native American Community Health Center in Lewiston, New York. In addition to having a doctorate, Kyle is nationally certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. His goal is to holistically manage patients’ acute and chronic health needs across all age spectrums; to establish relationships with patients managing their comprehensive health care needs with the goal of improving their overall quality of life; and to keep them independent and healthy in the community.
