Kathleen Wolff, MSN, CRNP
Kathy has been an NP since 2000, which was a career change after working for WHYY public radio for many years. She received her BA in English, as well as a Master’s in Social Service and her Master’s of Science in Nursing, trained as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She has a particular interest in women’s health, family planning, immigrant health, and HIV care. She spent the beginning of her career as a Nurse Practitioner working in an HIV clinic, and continues to incorporate HIV care into her primary care practice. Kathy worked as a lead clinician for Planned Parenthood for two years, and helped to initiate refugee care at the Rising Sun Health Center in Philadelphia. She has also provided HIV care as a volunteer in South Africa. Her interests outside work include reading, watching movies, cycling, walking, spending time with her grandkids and caring for her mother.
